Prices

Prices are in EUR, including Danish VAT of 25%.

 

Orders

Orders are accepted Worldwide.

 

Payment

Credit cards accepted are Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard.

Payment will be debited and cleared from the customers' account on dispatch of an order.

Payment is processed via PayPal, a solution that among others is used by ebay.com. When you send or request money using PayPal, Graae never see your bank account numbers or credit card numbers, we only see your email address, date of sign-up, and whether or not you have completed PayPal's Verification process.

We also accept MobilPay.

Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

 

Customs and duties

All orders delivered within the EU are free of customs fees.

All orders delivered out of EU will be charged duties of 10%.

 

Insurance

Graae insures each order until delivery to the customer.

Graae require a signature for any orders delivered, at which point responsibility for the customers' purchased goods passes on to the customer. If the customer is not the receiver of the order, then the person who receives the order shall sign for receipt and responsibility. 

 

Complain

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to errors in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
